02 / Why a website?

Give people a clear next step.

More than a link.
A place to do business.

Someone hears about your business and wants to know more. Your website gives them a clear place to understand what you offer, see your work and get in touch, whenever they are ready.

01 / Clarity

Answer common questions.

Explain your services, products, location, opening hours and process in one place. Customers can find the basics without waiting for a reply.

02 / Confidence

Show what you can do.

Good photography, previous work and useful information help people understand your business and decide whether it suits them.

03 / Action

Turn interest into a next step.

Make it easy to request a quote, book a service, enquire about a product or buy online. The right action depends on how your business works.

04 / Control

Build a home for your information.

Keep your content organised under your own domain. Social media and advertising can direct people there, with a consistent experience when they arrive.

We start by choosing a useful goal for the site, such as better enquiries, simpler bookings or clearer service information. That goal guides the pages, features and ways to measure progress.

03 / Our services

Six ways to make your website useful.

Good design.
Real business purpose.

From your first impression to orders, appointments and support after launch. Each service has a job to do for your business.

04 / Find your fit

The format follows the job.

What should your
website help people do?

Start with what a visitor needs from your business. A website can do a few things well, then grow as your needs change.

Choose your main goal

A useful starting point

Business website

An introduction to your company, its services and how to enquire. A good fit when people need to understand your business before contacting you.

Plan around: services, proof of work, FAQs and contact.
01

Landing page

A focused page for one offer, launch or campaign, with one clear action. Useful when you want to promote a specific service, test an idea or give advertising traffic a relevant destination.

02

Business website

A fuller introduction with pages for your company, services, previous work and contact details. Suits businesses with several services or customers who need more information before making an enquiry.

03

Portfolio or product catalogue

Show projects or products with photographs, descriptions and enquiry options. Useful for creative services, construction, jewelry and other businesses where customers want to see the work or discuss an item before ordering.

04

Online store

Help customers browse and purchase products, with a cart, checkout and order flow. We scope product setup, delivery, stock and a suitable payment provider before building.

05

Booking website

Let customers choose a service and appointment, with availability and confirmations. Suits businesses such as studios, salons and service providers. Deposits and payment options depend on the agreed integration.

06

Custom platform

A system for a specific workflow, with features such as user accounts, dashboards, records or reporting. Suits a business that needs people to do useful work online, with its processes and data carefully planned.

05 / Understanding the cost

The price follows the scope.

You're paying for
what it needs to do.

A small site with ready-to-use content takes a different amount of work from a store with hundreds of products or a platform with accounts and business rules. The quote reflects that work.

01

Planning and design

Understanding the business, organising the pages and designing a clear experience for both phones and larger screens.

02

Development and testing

Building the pages and features, checking forms and interactions, and tuning performance. Custom animation also needs testing across screen sizes.

03

Content and integrations

Preparing products, images and page content, then connecting tools such as booking systems or payments. The amount of setup and the complexity affect the scope.

04

Launch and handover

Connecting the domain, deploying the site and explaining how it will be managed. The proposal sets out the deliverables, timeline and payment terms before work begins.

Your proposal separates the website build, monthly hosting, domain registration and ongoing support. You can see what each part covers, and additional work is agreed before it is added.

06 / After launch

Three different parts of keeping a website running.

Hosting.
Care after launch.

The domain gives your site an address. Hosting makes it available online. Maintenance keeps its content and features useful as your business changes.

01 / Your address

Domain

Your website address, such as yourbusiness.com. It has its own registration and renewal, separate from the website build and hosting.

02 / Your website online

Hosting

Cybrus provides hosting, connects your domain and SSL, and handles deployment. Hosting is billed monthly. The proposal explains the included services, monthly fee and usage limits.

03 / Ongoing work

Maintenance & updates

Changes, checks and fixes after launch, within an agreed scope. Content updates may include new photos, services or products. The plan defines what is included and how often work is done.

Does hosting include unlimited changes?

Hosting covers making the site available online. Editing pages or adding features is separate work, covered by your agreed support plan or an additional quote.

What if I need new features later?

We review what is needed and whether it fits the existing site. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it starts.

What access and handover will I get?

Ownership, access and handover details are agreed in your proposal before the build begins, along with who manages renewals and ongoing updates.

07 / The approach

Less noise. More intention.

From the first idea.To launch.

Three stages, with a chance to review the direction before the website goes live.

  1. 01 / DiscoverAgree the goals, pages and scope.
  2. 02 / DesignReview the layouts and visual direction.
  3. 03 / DevelopBuild, test and prepare for launch.

08 / Your next chapter

Tell me whatyou have in mind.

Share what your business does, what customers need to find or do, and whether you have an existing website. I'll help define a useful starting point.
